Paperwork contained within the package included Battery Cartridge Replacement instructions, Replace Battery Cartridge (RBC) Addendum, Information sheet for Used Battery Return Facilities, and an Autorized Return to APC (unused). All documents will be included in our packaging.
All indications are for the batteries to be serviceable. They appear to be new, however may be factory certified used or reconditioned.
There are some scratches from handling and storage, primarily where the connectors rubbed the cases. There are no cracks, bulges, or color variations visible in the housings.
