Liquid Withdrawal Valve 45Kg Cylinder (No ullage)
Shut-off and fill valve for 100 pound cylinders.

I believe these are valves for Liquid Petroleum Gas cylinders used on fork lifts or for vehicles modified to operate using LPG.
