The Valve is a wye configuration.
There is directional flow arrow, filter screen, and removable plug clean out fitting.The primary and secondary connection is larger than 3/8 inch, The clean out plug is probably the standard 3/8 inch.
I believe this part to be for Moyer-Diebel commercial grade dishwashers.
