Industrial Blast Hose Assembly
This approximately 50’ long hose assembly was acquired from a liquidation sale as unclaimed freight. After research, I believe this hose assembly is compatible with the Armex Accustrip System manufactured by Schmidt Industries, and is the hose assembly provided in the contents “A” accessory package for the 11SX, 12SX, and 13 SX.

I do not have a blast stripper available to test the compatibility of the hose assembly. It may not fit older models or it may have been for a special order that fell off the truck. Photos are included of the actual product on hand. Bid accordingly
A component description of the hose assembly is included below:
• 1 hose (black) – Schmidt 1” 2 ply 175 PSI SI-4103-006 (stamped on hose)
• 1 hose (black) – Parker 7212 Jiffy Hose push on ¼” ID 300 PSI max WP IC-123/10 made in USA B2 041906B (stamped on hose)
• 1 hose (green) – Parker 7121 Welding Warning Oxygen 3/16” ID max WP 200 PSI RMA/CGA IP-7-99 Std Duty Grade R made in SA 102705A (stamped on hose)
• 1 dual line (orange/black) – Axxiom 800-231-2085 200 PSI Max WP 050506A (stamped on the orange line)
• I was unable to read information on the black line, it very likely has a similar rating in contrasting color.
All hoses are finished with adapters, couplers, and connectors. The control nozzle is identified as Axxiom Patent Pending. The green hose and dual line hoses are Tee’d and merge to feed through the main controller on the 1” blast hose. A black Jiffy Hose is bundled with the assembly but the output is not routed through the main controller. No spray tips are included.
The hoses are new, however are soiled from handling and storage. There is no evidence of exposure to chemicals. The fittings are threaded with teflon anti-seize tape, end connectors appear to be intact with no damage to threads or quick connection fittings.
If this hose assembly is in fact compatible with the Accustrip System, it is a $375 value. The 1” 2 ply blast hose sells for $5.17 per linear foot, bulk. see here (new window)
The other hoses and fittings may be removed for use on welding or pneumatic applications within their rating. Either way, this assembly is an exceptional value.
