This laptop was refurbished by a certified technician with attention to detail. The guidelines were to build it as if it was a gift to a family member for the holidays, and that’s what he did. Very nice unit - ready to work right out of the box. Even the power adapter is new, true IBM with the IBM logo - not a universal replacement. Nicely attended to and quality throughout. As I said - attention to detail, thus we are setting a reserve on this item.
