This product is probably identified by the end user installation part identification. Durr Systems, Inc manufactures and installs automated wash and paint systems. Research yielded no specific information about their branded tubing.
I will describe it as accurately as possible:
½ inch (12 mm) O.D.
5/16 inch (9 mm) I.D. Possibly rated as 3/8” I.D. when female connectors are used.
Bend radius roughly 2 ½ inch (smaller than 6” loop will cause a crimp)
300 feet long (estimated), possibly more (I did not unroll to measure, rough calculation)
21 inch inside diameter of the roll
28 inch outside diameter of the roll
14 inch circumference at cellophane bands
More than 50 complete coils in the roll 14 lbs. 6 oz. actual weight of roll as pictured

The product has 2 crimps less than 14” from the end of the roll on the inside coil. One from when it was pulled out to inspect, the other from radius bend test. There is some light scuffing on outer coils from handling and storage.
Because this was intended for use in automated systems, expect it to be highly reliable and long lasting. Flexible to minimize fittings required, but expect installation to be best suited for supported, fixed systems. The blue color and “W” may indicate its intention was for water.
The material used in the manufacture of this product or the pressure rating is unknown. It is probably compatible with most water-soluble chemicals and detergents. Research indicates pressure rated from 50 to 150 PSI. A higher temperature gives lower pressure rating. Standard household or municipal pressure should be well within its rating. Joiners may be standard ½ inch female PVC or flanged male 3/8 inch.
Similar appearing products are used in manufacturing, agriculture for sprinkler systems, and radiant flooring heating.
