This wrench was part of a “high end” technicians tool kit. Manufactured in Germany, Garant wrenches have a nice smooth finish, without being slick. The low profile does not have the accompanying sharp edge, so they should be easy on the hands. While being handled, they have a clear bell tone that rings “quality”. The opposing wrench sizes are not standard increment. Working afield, the technician would easily see or feel the contrast and would not second guess which end of the wrench to use.
