This is a very nice set of 4 medium duty casters. The wheels are stamped Rhombus Rollen 100 x 32 mm 20284/11 and are solid black rubber.

The wheels are roughly 4” x 1 1/3”. Total height is 5 5/8”. Rated at 80 Kg (183.6 lbs.) each. This 4 caster set will carry more than 700 lbs. The frame is zinc treated steel to offer protection in wet environments.

The casters use a flange bearing. By increasing the diameter of the bearings over the traditional axle bearings, they should roll smoother and last 4 times as long.

Reduces noise in the work place while in motion and minimizes vibration of transported materials. The black rubber is an option (standard is gray). Optional black is described as free of contact discoloration and electrically conductive (this may reduce static build-up and minimize damage from static discharge).

Each caster has a total locking brake system that is superior to most casters available. The brake locks the swivel action and wheel of this caster when locked. Easy to “see” when the brake is set. The push-button brake release can be accessed from the same position as parked. That may not sound like much until you had the traditional rocker brake mechanism under load and no leverage to unlock it unless you move the rack.
